ASAP Automotive & Transmission in Bear, DE, is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our six-bay shop and perform general repairs, maintenance, and DVIs with precision.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Strong mechanical skills; able to work independently.
• Experience with steering, suspension, brakes, maintenance and general automotive repair.
• Basic to intermediate electrical diagnostic ability; DVI experience preferred.
• ASE certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform steering, suspension, brake, maintenance, and general automotive repairs.
• Diagnose common drivability and light-to-moderate electrical concerns.
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) using AutoLeap.
• Complete quality automotive repairs efficiently while maintaining productivity.
• Communicate vehicle inspection findings and repair recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment.
