Job summary

Moss Bros. Auto Group in Southern California is seeking Transmission Technicians to perform accurate diagnostics and repairs on manual and automatic transmissions.

You will remove, disassemble, repair, and reassemble transmission units, using advanced diagnostic tools to identify issues and ensure drivability and shifting performance. The role requires 2+ years of transmission repair experience, strong mechanical knowledge of CVT/automatic/dual-clutch systems, and proficiency with electronic

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dedicated transmission repair experience preferred.
• Advanced mechanical knowledge of transmission systems (including CVT, automatic, and dual-clutch).
• Skilled in diagnosing drivetrain, clutch, and torque converter issues.
• Proficiency in electronic diagnostic equipment and transmission-specific tools.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and a drive for excellence.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Position: Transmission Technician

Pay Range:$5,000–$10,000/month
Employment Type:Full-Time
Location:Southern California (Multiple Locations)
