You will remove, disassemble, repair, and reassemble transmission units, using advanced diagnostic tools to identify issues and ensure drivability and shifting performance. Qualifications

• 2+ years of dedicated transmission repair experience preferred.
• Advanced mechanical knowledge of transmission systems (including CVT, automatic, and dual-clutch).
• Skilled in diagnosing drivetrain, clutch, and torque converter issues.
• Proficiency in electronic diagnostic equipment and transmission-specific tools.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and a drive for excellence.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs on manual and automatic transmissions.
• Remove, disassemble, repair, and reassemble transmission units.
• Use advanced diagnostic tools and software to identify issues.
• Inspect and test vehicle drivability, shifting performance, and related systems.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors to communicate repair needs, timelines, and estimates.
• Complete warranty and non-warranty repairs according to manufacturer standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring safety and efficiency.
