This role involves ensuring compliance with regulations while supervising the acquisition of rights-of-way and managing projects within budget and schedule.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree and extensive experience in utility management. Essential skills include public speaking, negotiation, and process enhancement.

Work location may vary; candidates may need to work on-site, remotely, or a combination of both.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 7 years’ relevant experience in utility management.
• Knowledge of right-of-way fundamentals and real estate valuation.
• Ability to implement process enhancements and efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage vision and strategy of Transmission ROW and Real Estate.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state land requirements.
• Supervise a team and manage performance of contractors.
• Provide expert testimony at utility commission hearings.
