Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Previous mechanical experience or training in automotive or heavy-duty repair/assembly.
• Ability to use hand tools as required for assembly and repair tasks.
• Strong understanding of differential systems and components.
• Read and interpret technical diagrams and service manuals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, clean, inspect, and rebuild transmissions per procedures.
• Identify parts for various transmission models.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Ensure rebuilt transmissions meet quality and performance standards.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Assist in training new team members as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and keep work area clean.
