Position Summary

Reporting to the Vice President, Transmission Strategy & Engagement, the Program Manager - Transmission is responsible for supporting the implementation of strategic initiatives and business performance objectives for stand‑alone Transmission. This position will partner with stand‑alone Transmission's senior leadership team to synchronize strategy and financial planning reporting processes, drive cross‑functional initiatives and governance, deliver impactful executive analysis and data insights, and streamline communications, reporting, and project execution to advance transmission segment goals in a continuous improvement culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic counsel and operational support to the stand‑alone Transmission leadership team.
• Monitor, track, and sequence processes, procedures, and communications of within team.
• Facilitate governance processes and frameworks utilized in process and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead cross‑functional projects to completion with clear accountability.
• Utilize and gather data from multiple sources to produce executive‑level reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Track progress, identify risks, and coordinate mitigation efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in finance, rates & regulatory strategy, or operations.
