Qualifications

• Requires ABET‑accredited engineering degree plus 3 years of power system planning experience.
• Alternatively, a master’s degree in engineering with 2 years of related experience is acceptable.
• Experience in power system analysis, protection and control.
• Experience in consulting or electric utilities is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform transmission system planning studies using industry software.
• Conduct data analysis and interpret engineering, financial, and economic results.
• Develop technical reports and client presentations.
• Assist project managers with proposals and client relationships.
• Travel up to 15% domestically; telecommuting up to 30 days per year.
