Job summary

You will operate service trucks, climb poles, string wire, install transformers, and respond to field work orders. The position requires 1–2 years of experience, a Class A CDL, OSHA 10, and a safety-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of lineman experience or equivalent hours.
• Valid Class A CDL and medical examiner card.
• Must pass criminal and MVR background checks and drug screen.
• OSHA 10-hour Safety Training completed within 60 days.
• Ability to work outdoors in diverse terrain and all weather.
• Ability to travel frequently for training and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Thorough knowledge of line work methods and equipment.
• Operate service truck and climb poles in various weather.
• Read and record data from meter dials accurately.
• Install transformers and distribute equipment; repair lines.
• Follow instructions and communicate clearly in writing and speaking.
• Respond to work orders for disconnections, reconnections, new orders.
