Job summary

Pike Corporation is seeking a Class B Lineman to construct and repair electrical transmission systems, traveling to various job sites as needed. You will work on energized and de-energized lines and report to the Foreman.

The role requires a CDL, physical stamina, and a safety-first mindset to operate heavy equipment and climb structures in varied weather. Out-of-state travel and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Three years of transmission line experience.
• Valid CDL required.
• Able to travel long distances on short notice.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work extended hours, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Construct, maintain and repair energized and de-energized transmission systems.
• Install and repair overhead transmission lines and hardware.
• Operate and maintain transmission line equipment.
• Climb structures using approved methods.
• Work outdoors in extreme conditions.
• Respond to outages and emergencies.
• Follow safety protocols and PPE.
