A High School Diploma or GED and 2–5 years (Sr. level 5+) of related experience are expected.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Field Construction Coordinator Level A1-A2: 2–5 years related experience; Level Sr.: 3–5 years related experience.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate multiple contract crews across several projects.
• Provide QA/QC oversight for contractor FCCs.
• Train and develop FCCs to standardize work practices.
• Coordinate material needs and delivery for projects.
• Maintain relationships across Oncor and with external stakeholders.
• Interface with Transmission Grid Management for clearances and reclosers.
• Validate work performed, including time and equipment on hourly projects.
• Prepare status reports and documentation for stakeholders.
• Identify risks and assist in contingency planning to avoid delays.
• Respond to emergencies with manpower and materials as needed.
• Enforce safety rules and advise on safe design and methods.
• Ensure compliance with laws and Oncor safety handbook.
