Job summary

Oncor Electric Delivery is seeking a Field Construction Coordinator to lead multiple contractor FCCs across Wichita Falls, Graham and North Fort Worth areas. The role emphasizes coordinating assignments, tracking schedules and ensuring safety compliance on on-site construction projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2–5 years of related FCC experience for Level A1-A2 or 3–5 years in Transmission Operations.
• Broad knowledge of transmission operations and safety requirements.
• Ability to enforce safety rules and adhere to Oncor standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple contractor FCCs across projects and manage schedules.
• Perform QA/QC through contractor FCCs and document results.
• Train and develop FCCs to maintain standard work practices.
• Coordinate material needs and delivery with contractors.
• Report project status to stakeholders and maintain project documentation.
