Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or PE licensure.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex electrical/mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of engineering designs, principles and practices.
• Knowledge of regulations, guides, standards, codes and methods.
• Experience with field test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform engineering assignments of moderate complexity with guidance from senior engineers.
• Lead small engineering projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Provide technical support for design, installation, and maintenance of systems and equipment.
• Participate in evaluating and improving technical systems and processes.
• Develop project scope to ensure transmission projects are well defined and ready for detailed engineering.
• Ensure designs comply with utility standards, NES C, and regulations.
