HDR is looking for a highly motivated Digital Delivery Lead in Denver to enhance digital delivery on electric Transmission projects. This role demands a strong engineering technologist mindset to develop tools and workflows that support digital design.

The ideal candidate will implement cutting-edge technologies while aligning practices with HDR’s Digital Design Community to ensure scalable solutions for project teams.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years digital design and digital delivery experience.
• Proven track record of developing engineering automations or leading integration of low-code/no-code platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Transmission representative within HDR's Digital Design Community.
• Identify, develop, and scale initiatives on process improvement and tools integration.
• Lead and support effective use of design tools and efficiencies.
