Job summary

HDR is seeking a highly motivated Digital Delivery Lead based in Fort Collins, Colorado. You will be responsible for championing process improvements and implementing cutting-edge technologies for electric Transmission projects. This leadership role will ensure alignment between Transmission design practices and HDR’s Digital Design Community while developing bespoke tools and automations.

Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of experience in digital design, proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD and MicroStation, and a strong engineering mindset. HDR offers a collaborative environment where creative solutions in power systems are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years digital design and delivery experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of building systems.
• Advanced skills in 3D design software.
