Job summary
HDR is looking for a motivated Digital Delivery Lead to join their Transmission Business Class in Butte, Montana. The role involves championing process improvements in electric Transmission projects by implementing cutting-edge technologies and workflows.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AutoCAD and PLS-CADD and a strong background in developing custom applications. They will be responsible for aligning Transmission design practices with HDR’s Digital Design Community.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in digital design and delivery.
- Experience in BIM element authoring.
- Proven background in developing engineering automations.
Responsibilities
- Act as a Transmission representative within HDR's Digital Design Community.
- Identify and scale initiatives focused on process improvement.
- Lead and support the effective use of design tools.
