HDR is seeking a highly motivated Digital Delivery Lead for its Transmission Business Class in Omaha, Nebraska. The role focuses on implementing innovative technologies and workflows for electric Transmission projects, ensuring alignment with HDR’s Digital Design Community.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital design and delivery, utilizing tools like AutoCAD and PLS-CADD. The role requires collaboration across teams and a strong commitment to process improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in digital design and delivery experience.
• Advanced skills with 3D design software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Transmission representative within HDR's Digital Design Community.
• Identify and develop initiatives for process improvement.
• Lead the use of design tools for Transmission projects.

Skills

PLS-CADD experience

Proficiency in AutoCAD

Familiarity with Bentley platforms

Experience in digital design
