Job summary

Wilson Construction Company in Corona, CA is seeking a Project Manager - Transmission Construction to lead utilities transmission projects from the Corona office, with occasional site travel. You will supervise safety, schedule, budget, and quality while coordinating with owners, field teams, and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in transmission project management, a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, and proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and Primavera

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive office/field management or technical services experience in transmission line project management.
• Minimum 3 years leading Transmission Project Management on utility construction projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in MS Office; working knowledge of MS Project and Primavera (P6) preferred.
• Willingness to relocate or travel as required within Corona, CA area.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of utility transmission construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget targets.
• Plan, coordinate, and fulfill all technical requirements from kickoff to closeout.
• Serve as primary liaison for project communications with owners, field teams, and stakeholders.
• Partner with engineering, field supervision, procurement, and safety to streamline site operations.
