Travel: Approximately 20% (primarily within a 2-3 hour drive)

Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the execution of transmission infrastructure projects ranging from approximately $5M-$25M. This individual will be responsible for overseeing projects from planning through construction, coordinating engineering support, permitting activities, stakeholder engagement, contractor management, scheduling, budgeting, and overall project execution. The ideal candidate has experience managing infrastructure, utility, telecom, right-of-way, natural gas, or other large-scale linear construction projects and is comfortable working in technical, field-focused environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage transmission infrastructure projects from initiation through construction and closeout
• Coordinate engineering teams, contractors, and technical stakeholders
• Support permitting, regulatory, and compliance activities
• Work closely with land, right-of-way, and external stakeholders
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Monitor project performance, risks, and resource allocation
• Lead project meetings and drive accountability across project teams
• Manage contractor relationships and construction execution activities
• Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to leadership
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience
• Experience managing construction, infrastructure, utility, telecom, pipeline, or related technical projects
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and project execution skills
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to drive projects from planning through completion
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
