Base pay range

$41,600.00/yr - $97,760.00/yr

We are seeking experienced Transmission Technicians looking for a fun, friendly, and professional working environment. Must be self-motivated and have a good attitude towards customers and co-workers. This job requires personal tools and a willingness to learn and grow.

What We Offer

• $20.00 - $45.00/flat rate hour depending on experience plus incentives up to $2/hour over existing rate
• Up to $10,000 signing bonus; depending on experience

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Transmission Technician/Specialist experience; any make/model experience welcomed!
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  
  
  

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive transmissions
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
