Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electrical/Electronic/Civil/Mechanical Engineering Technology or related fields plus 2 years of related utility industry work experience.
• Or a high school diploma or equivalent and 4 years of related utility industry work experience.
• Print reading technical expertise and understanding of electrical principles.
• Database knowledge or ability to learn.

Responsibilities

• Review capital project prints and BOMs to identify asset data.
• Review drawings with field changes and document updates in IPS.
• Coordinate print management and monitor DSTrack for overdue records.
• Create location hierarchy, add new assets, and populate IPS attributes from drawings.
• Manage asset entry lifecycle using Data Tracker.
• Read Spider Diagrams and complete Bus/Branch reviews.
• Review IPS Audit Trail for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide process support and troubleshoot field questions.
