Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Train new hires and existing employees on transmission assembly procedures and manufacturing processes.
  • Demonstrate proper assembly methods, techniques, and use of tools and equipment.
  • Ensure employees follow standardized work instructions and quality standards.
  • Support daily production goals by working directly on the assembly line as needed.
  • Monitor employee performance and provide hands-on coaching to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and support LEAN manufacturing initiatives.
  • Assist in reducing defects, rework, and production downtime through effective training and process adherence.
  • Work closely with Production Supervisors, Team Leads, and Quality personnel to ensure manufacturing objectives are achieved.
  • Promote and maintain 5S workplace organization standards.

This role ensures employees are trained in standardized assembly processes, quality requirements, safety procedures, and production expectations.
