Job summary

Twin Eagle is seeking a Terminal Supervisor to lead day-to-day transloading operations at the Spring, TX facility. You will oversee unloading railcars, loading trucks, ensure SOPs are followed, and maintain accurate inspections and paperwork to support production targets.

The role requires 1-3 years in terminal/transloading, supervisory experience, and the ability to make real-time efficiency decisions while prioritizing safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in terminal, rail, or transloading operations.
• 1-3 years supervisory or crew lead experience.
• Experience in liquid hazmat or bulk material handling preferred.
• Strong understanding of transloading processes and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all transloading operations during the assigned shift, ensuring safe and efficient unloading of railcars and loading of trucks.
• Monitor and enforce adherence to established transloading processes and standard operating procedures.
• Make real-time decisions regarding efficiency, labor allocation, and equipment use to meet production targets and minimize delays.
