Heniff Transportation Systems, LLC is seeking a Transload Operator to unload bulk liquid railcars to tank trailers, maintaining required documentation and ensuring compliance with customer specifications.

Responsibilities include operating railcar loading equipment, following safety procedures, and coordinating with the Operations Supervisor in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Unload bulk liquid railcars to tank trailers following procedures.
• Maintain seal logs, loading paperwork, and railcar paperwork to meet customer requirements.
• Operate railcar loading systems and equipment.
• Follow safety training and lockout/blue flag protocols.
• Provide accurate track lists and sample products per guidelines.
• Report to the Operations Supervisor and perform duties as required.

Position Summary

The Transload Operator is responsible for unloading Bulk liquid railcars to tank trailers. Maintain proper documentation (seal logs, loading paperwork, railcar paperwork) to meet Food grad customer requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• The Transload Operator follows operational guidelines and procedures.
• Convey and enforce compliance of procedures effectively.
• The Transload Operator loads and unloads a variety of bulk liquid.
• Operate railcar loading systems and equipment.
• The Transload Operator participates in safety training programs.
• Ensure tracks are locked out and blue flags placed before start of work.
• The Transload Operator keeps storage containers neat and clean.
• The Transload Operator provides accurate track list of railcars on site with estimated product amounts.
• Pull product samples from railcars per customer guidelines.
• The Transload Operator performs additional duties as required.
• The Transload Operator reports directly to the Operations Supervisor.

Requirements Education and Experience:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Must have a valid driver’s license

Preferred qualifications:

• Chemical Operator Experience
• Warehouse Operations Experience

Physical Demands:

The position climbs on and off railcars. The position requires walking long distances. Consistently bend, stoop, kneel, and climb on elevated surfaces. Work, walk, and stand on uneven ballast surfaces for long periods of time. Required to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently throughout the course of a shift. The position operates basic hand tools. Wear and properly use a variety of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required. Ability to operate in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.

Work Environment:

Work in various temperatures indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions: including extreme heat and cold. Work in potentially elevated noise levels.
