Cando Rail & Terminals is seeking Railcar Loaders at Hammond, IN to perform safe and efficient rail car loading/unloading. This role requires teamwork, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to operate transloading equipment in all weather conditions.
Ideal candidates will be physically fit, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and capable of using Excel and Outlook daily. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6am–4pm, with some weekends/after-hours as needed.

Job Description
Railcar Loaders are responsible for providing safe and efficient rail car loading and unloading services to the customer. Working in a safety and environmentally sensitive, customer service driven environment, incumbents must work well in teams to maximize efficiency and safety and deliver to the customer’s schedule.
