6AM City, LLC in Newcomerstown, OH is seeking a reliable bilingual Spanish/English translator to support communication between employees and management in a growing food production facility. The role translates verbal and written material, assists with onboarding and training, and helps maintain safety and production goals.

The position is full-time with weekly pay and potential overtime opportunities. Training on the 1st shift (9:00 AM–5:30 PM) will precede a transition to the 2nd shift (3:00

Qualifications

• Fluent in both Spanish and English (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Previous translating, interpreting, manufacturing, or food production experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a production environment and interact with employees at all levels.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.

• Provide accurate verbal and written translation between Spanish and English.
• Assist supervisors and managers in communicating policies, procedures, safety guidelines, and work instructions.
• Support new employee orientation and training.
• Help employees understand workplace expectations, production goals, and company policies.
• Translate documents, forms, and notices as needed.
• Serve as a liaison between employees and management to resolve communication barriers.
• Assist with employee questions and concerns in a professional and confidential manner.
• Maintain a positive and team-oriented attitude while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Schedule: Training on 1st Shift (9:00 AM 5:30 PM), then transition to 2nd Shift (3:00 PM 11:00 PM), Monday through Friday. Overtime may be available on Saturdays.
