Now Hiring: Bilingual (English/Spanish) Temporary Translator

We’re looking for a bilingual English/Spanish-speaking translator to support our growing team and help strengthen communication across our workforce.

This role focuses on helping translate important workplace materials and supporting communication between employees and leadership.

What you’ll do:

• Translate job documents, safety materials, training guides, and other operational information from English to Spanish
• Assist with verbal translation during interviews, onboarding, and new hire orientation
• Help ensure clear communication for Spanish-speaking team members

Details:

• Temporary position (up to 1 year)
• Full-time preferred, part-time may be considered
• Monday–Friday daytime hours with some flexibility

What we’re looking for:

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (speaking + writing)
• Strong communication and translation skills
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work well with others
