• Bachelor or Master degree with relevant biomedical/clinical research leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations and scientific staff, set goals, and oversee hiring for Translational Research Unit.
• Develop business strategies; align unit goals with Immune Health objectives.
• Collaborate on service rates, billing, and provide quarterly financial reporting.
• Serve as primary contact for investigators; ensure smooth study planning and onboarding.
• Establish QA/QC protocols; maintain project trackers and data integrity.
• Propose improvements to enhance robustness, quality, and efficiency across sample lifecycle.
• Lead development of client-facing website and tracking systems for cohorts and services.
• Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and external partners; draft MOUs and manage partnerships.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
