Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science required; 7–10 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all financial, operational, and administrative aspects of the Department of Surgery’s research operations across PSOM and affiliated hospitals.
• Oversee pre- and post-award administration for a $26M+ research portfolio including basic science, translational and clinical research, and clinical trials.
• Manage regulatory submissions (IRB, IACUC, RIS) and support research activities for faculty with significant funding.
