Moderna Therapeutics in Cambridge, MA, seeks a Senior Scientist in Therapeutics & Translational Bioinformatics to advance mRNA therapeutics and vaccines through computational analysis of human, clinical, and preclinical data. You will lead projects applying machine learning, multi-omics integration, and single-cell transcriptomics to identify targets and biomarkers.

Qualifications

• PhD in Computational Immunology, Bioinformatics, Biomedical Engineering, or related quantitative field; at least 2 years of postdoc/industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the computational effort for therapeutic and translational programs.
• Perform integrated multi-omics analyses across human clinical data, preclinical models, and in vitro experiments.
• Analyze bulk and single-cell transcriptomics and TCR/BCR repertoire data.
• Develop or apply machine-learning methods and advanced statistical models.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for target prioritization and study design.
• Mentor junior computational scientists and contribute to pipeline development.
