Job summary

Qualifications

Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in a human services related field, and/or experience working with youth in a residential or transitional living program.

Minimum: High School Degree, at least 21 years of age, able to obtain a Class E driver’s license

Position Summary: Provide supportive services to residents in transitional living setting.

Special Working Conditions: Exposure to residents and at times, treatment conditions. Long and irregular working hours. Requires ability to manage crisis situations, emergency situations, and provide trauma informed interventions.

Description of Responsibilities:

• Staff is responsible for the safety and well-being of residents.
• Staff will provide required documentation that is both timely and substantive including regular room/grounds checks, incident reporting, shift changeover documents, med pass, and email updates as required.
• Staff will be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean environment in the group home.
