Job summary

Southeastern Directions for Life in Sioux Falls, SD, is seeking motivated individuals to work in our Transitional House. The role involves monitoring adults with psychiatric disabilities in a structured living environment, offering supervision, and supporting implementation of treatment goals.

You will maintain accurate records and collaborate with psychosocial rehabilitation teams, community agencies, and family members to promote safety and recovery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current driver's license and car insurance; driving record acceptable to insurer.
• Must pass comprehensive criminal background checks including fingerprinting and registry checks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor adults with psychiatric disabilities in a transitional living facility.
• Provide supervision and support during flexible hours.
• Implement treatment goals and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with psychosocial rehabilitation teams and community agencies.
• Engage with family members as needed.
