Job summary

Chemical-Abuse-Services-Agenc seeks a Case Manager to support residents of the Recovery House program under the supervision of the Supportive Housing Manager. The role uses a recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, person-centered approach to promote housing stability and recovery.

The position focuses on strengths-based, harm-reduction strategies to navigate challenges and coordinate access to behavioral health, medical, and other services with residents and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or Human Services preferred.
• Minimum of two years of professional experience with clients having behavioral health needs.
• Familiarity with homelessness effects (physical, psychological, social, economic).
• Willingness to develop multicultural competency within behavioral health settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management and crisis intervention services to Recovery House residents.
• Collaborate with residents, service providers, and community partners to coordinate access to mental health, substance use, medical, vocational, and other supportive services.
