Job summary

Diversicare Healthcare Services, LLC is inviting applicants for a full-time role focused on admissions and sales within our center network. You will collaborate with care teams to drive patient admissions and communicate Center features and benefits effectively.

The position emphasizes skilled care experience, HIPAA compliance, and strong communication. If you have 1–2 years in sales/admissions and a relevant healthcare license, apply to join a values-driven team dedicated to quality patient

Qualifications

• RN preferred; license current and in good standing.
• 1–2 years’ experience in skilled care or long-term care.
• 1–2 years’ sales, marketing/admissions preferred.
• Established contacts with hospital and physician customers preferred.
• Strong medical assessment skills and HIPAA compliance track record.

Responsibilities

• Complete clinical assessments and determine appropriateness, working with care team for a safe transition.
• Collaborate with center teams to meet or exceed admission goals.
• Accurately represent Center’s features, benefits, and impact using Diversicare sales steps.
• Communicates effectively through written documentation and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with center team members to meet or exceed Key Account Management and admission goals
• Accurately represent Center’s Features-Benefits-Impact, effectively demonstrating use of Diversicare Sales Steps
• Communicates effectively through written documentation and verbal communication
• Champion quality of care and advocate of the customer experience

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) preferred; minimum of LPN, LVN (Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse) or Physical/ Occupational/ Speech or Respiratory Therapist; License is current and in good standing
• 1 to 2 years’ experience in skilled care or long term care
• 1 to 2 years’ sales, marketing/admissions preferred
• Established contacts and relationships with hospital and physician customers preferred
• Strong medical assessment skills and HIPAA compliance track record
