Job summary

Caring Transitions is seeking a Project Manager for our Twin Cities office to lead a variety of projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong time-management and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include delivering projects on time and within budget, communicating with clients, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, developing project plans, and tracking progress for leadership and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2-3 years experience in project management.
• PMP Certification preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communications.
• Advanced skillset in time management and task prioritization.
• Passion for managing teams and driving results.
• Ability to multitask and identify opportunities for process improvement.
