Qualifications

• 7+ years of program or PMO experience.
• Proven experience leading large-scale technology, managed services, outsourcing, or vendor transition initiatives.
• Experience coordinating executive governance forums and stakeholder communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Joint Transition Planning sessions and setup program framework.
• Drive milestones, tollgates, and readiness activities.
• Track and report progress against timelines and objectives.
• Identify risks, issues, dependencies, and blockers.
• Develop executive dashboards and weekly status reports.
