Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing instructional programs for students aged 18–21.
• Provide 1:1 and small group instruction within the Transition Center, community, or job sites.
• Assist in assessing student job needs and work site skills.
• Support students in learning public transportation and travel training.
• Attend IEP meetings and report progress; prepare related reports.
• Supervise students at job sites and coordinate with on-site staff.
