Qualifications

• Massachusetts DESE licensure in Moderate Disabilities (5-12) or Severe Disabilities (All levels) is required.
• Experience with transition-aged students (18+) in public schools, colleges, and community settings preferred.
• Knowledge of IEPs, transition assessments, and data collection is expected.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Brockton Public Schools Transition Team and BSU staff to support students in navigating campus and internships.
• Coordinate travel training to access transportation for classes and internships.
• Attend college classes, meetings, internships, and supervise student progress.
• Develop and implement academic supports aligned to each student's IEP.
