Mass Electric Construction Co., a MEC subsidiary of Kiewit Corporation, invites field engineer interns to join our Transit Systems team. You’ll split time between office tasks and on-site activities, learning estimation, shop drawings, submittals, and project documentation across transportation projects.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related degree.
• Ability to travel and relocate as business requires.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with shop drawings, submittals, schedules, and take-offs.
• Assist with pay requests and contract changes.
• Help with project documentation and reporting.
