Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Transit Flex to protect client sites across industries using a flexible shift-pickup platform. You will build a schedule from available shifts while gaining site experience in healthcare, education, finance, and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license if operating company or customer vehicles.
• Background checks conducted as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular conditions creating security concerns or hazards.
• Sound alarms or contact police/fire in emergencies.
• Warn violators of rules (loitering, smoking, etc.).
• Monitor entrances and exits for authorized access.
• Observe departing personnel to prevent theft and ensure proper removal of property.
• Prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities; maintain logs.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors politely.
• Make necessary emergency notifications per site orders.
