Qualifications

• Two years of law enforcement, security or related experience.
• Must operate a radio, tablet/iPad, cellphone and related software.
• Proficiency in computer systems and software applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) is essential.

Responsibilities

• Safety and Security Patrols of transit properties and buses.
• Incident Response and Reporting with dispatch and management, plus coordination with law enforcement as needed.
• Customer Service and Rule Enforcement at transit stations; addressing complaints and incidents.
