Job summary

HNTB in Allentown, PA area is seeking a Senior Risk Manager to lead risk management for major transit programs, develop contingency strategies, and mentor junior staff. This role collaborates with project teams to identify and mitigate risks and to support informed decision-making.

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in risk modelling, cost and schedule risk analyses, and experience with PMCS tools. Certification in risk management is preferred; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with 15 years' relevant experience.
• 5 years in passenger rail or related transportation.
• Experience managing risk on major transit programs.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate project risks.
• Develop and maintain program/project risk registers.
• Lead qualitative and quantitative risk analyses incl. Monte Carlo.
• Prepare risk reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Mentor Risk Specialists and provide technical guidance.
