Job summary

Luster is seeking a Project Scheduler to support a portfolio of major transit capital improvement projects in San Jose, CA. You will develop, maintain, and analyze schedules for the owner’s Project Controls team through planning, design, construction, and closeout, ensuring on‑time delivery.

The role emphasizes CPM scheduling, TIA analysis, and coordination with project managers, consultants, and contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience developing, maintaining, and analyzing schedules for transit or heavy civil infrastructure capital projects.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, Primavera Unifier, MS Project, and Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update master schedules and detailed project schedules for a portfolio of transportation capital projects.
• Analyze project schedules to identify critical paths, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare schedule analyses and management reports communicating status and forecasted outcomes.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain accurate schedules.
• Perform Time Impact Analysis (TIA) and review contractor schedules for compliance.
