Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Ten years of progressively responsible leadership experience in human resources, workforce development, or organizational leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for People and Culture, including HR operations and organizational development.
• Convert agency priorities into workforce strategies, programs, and measurable outcomes.
• Ensure workforce policies comply with laws and governance requirements across the organization.
• Lead workforce development, onboarding, training, and succession planning initiatives.
• Oversee HR administration, employee relations, payroll, HRIS, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor workforce risks and direct corrective actions with legal and risk management partners.
