Responsibilities

Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and personnel by following security procedures.
Respond to incidents calmly and coordinate with transit personnel and emergency services.
Conduct regular and random armed patrols of transit stations, platforms, parking areas, vehicles, and perimeters.
Monitor access points and report suspicious activity following site procedures.
Prepare accurate incident reports for patrol activities and observations.
