Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent education/experience.
• May require Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) for some positions.
• Experience supervising intermittent and student operators is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of university transit services (fixed-route, paratransit, on-demand).
• Supervise and mentor intermittent and student transit operators.
• Support campus outreach, promotion, and engagement to increase transit utilization.
• Provide administrative coordination, reporting, and after-hours/special event support.
• Monitor campus transportation and parking compliance; oversee permits and event transportation.
