Job summary

WMATA’s Integrated Command & Communications Center (MICC) offers a hands-on summer internship for college and graduate students. The role focuses on performance management, data analysis, and cross‑functional projects across Rail, Bus, Safety, Maintenance, and more.

The intern will develop Power BI dashboards, assist in reporting, and participate in process improvements aligned with the Authority's Safety Plan and regulatory requirements. 13‑week summer schedule and mentorship provided.

Qualifications
