Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5–10 years of requirements analysis and elicitation experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI and related Microsoft technologies.
• Experience with agile and hybrid methodologies and SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Examine and study clients’ IT systems, processes, and business models.
• Understand high-level requirements for the solution to be developed.
• Gather requirements and document business, functional and technical needs.
• Create system requirement specs, functional specs, use cases and diagrams.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and workflow solutions to improve performance.
• Coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Validate solutions against business goals and objectives.
• Review test cases and assist in identifying testing scenarios.
• Support deployment of solutions in UAT and production environments.
• Prepare user manuals and operational handouts for deployed solutions.
