Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 5–10 years of requirements analysis and elicitation experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI and related Microsoft technologies.
- Experience with agile and hybrid methodologies and SDLC.
Responsibilities
- Examine and study clients’ IT systems, processes, and business models.
- Understand high-level requirements for the solution to be developed.
- Gather requirements and document business, functional and technical needs.
- Create system requirement specs, functional specs, use cases and diagrams.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and workflow solutions to improve performance.
- Coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Validate solutions against business goals and objectives.
- Review test cases and assist in identifying testing scenarios.
- Support deployment of solutions in UAT and production environments.
- Prepare user manuals and operational handouts for deployed solutions.
