Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, Economics, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Three or more years of experience in business analysis, marketing analytics, research, performance analysis, or a related analytical role.
• Experience with public engagement and outreach is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze marketing, communications, customer, and ridership data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for leadership.
• Measure the effectiveness of campaigns and outreach initiatives.
• Translate complex data into clear findings and recommendations for executives.
• Support forecasting, scenario analysis, and business-case development for initiatives.
