Qualifications
5+ years of experience in fleet management and Cummins Engine Repair is essential.
Preferred to hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related fields.
CDL is not required but preferred.
Responsibilities
Diagnose malfunctions and perform vehicle repairs.
Oversee local maintenance compliance and safety protocols.
Utilize EAM ERP application for tracking maintenance work.
Manage preventive maintenance and unscheduled repairs.
Supervise maintenance staff.

Experience with compliance with local DOT regulations
ASE Certification as a Master Automotive Technician
