Northern Illinois Transit Authority (NITA) seeks a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to lead finance, planning, and treasury across the Agency and the CTA/Metra/Pace service boards. The role reports to the Executive Director and directs budgeting, forecasting, and capital project oversight to support regional transit transformation.

Ideal candidate has 10+ years in government/public finance, strong change-management and communication skills, and a track record of guiding large organizations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, public administration, or related field required.
